I’m glad it finally happened, love the first part. Happy with what I played and hope it doesn’t take another near decade to finish off the story (if there is more, as it seems there is with multiple plot points being left fairly unresolved at the end). Until then I’ll be thinking about the large implications of it all and trying to fit all the pieces together for quite a while. I wouldn’t say Alice’s Lullaby, or it’s predecessor for that matter, is particularly scary but what it is is supremely disquieting. This is a sick society and the artstyle, one which I have never quite seen anything similar, and superb score work wonders to sell just how strange, beautiful, lurid, and queasy it all is.
