Hidden Cats in Tokyo is a hidden object adventure game, where you need to find all the cats in Tokyo and vaccinate them before they turn into dangerous monsters and destroy the city. There are over 1400 cats to find, and almost 1750 total hidden objects. I’m really enjoying the story, new artworks, new UI, it shows that the dev has grown and is very passionate about the series (something that REALLY makes them stand out in the hidden cats microgenre) I’ve played all of Nukearts cat, games including this one. While the story was cute, I didn’t necessarily need it. I also missed the previous format of the city coupled with the bonus level. There were definitely more cats to find but it felt like I did a bunch of the bonus rounds that were less challenging overall. Bloodshed

The “Hidden Cats in” might seem more expensive because of all the freebies around at the moment, but its a class or two above them and will give hours of pleasure, not mere minutes! Nukearts have been making great hidden cats games for a while now, an you don’t just get one map, you get lots, and they are hand drawn, along with the cats, so its tricky to find them all as they blend in with the rest of the artworks. You also have to find several people who are in the image, and by picking out special cats or items you collect cards as well as collecting achievements once you finish your level.
