As I was playing, going through the tutorial and everything, the way everything was set up amazed me! Stumbling upon multiple familiar places, shooting up different creatures, and fast paced rounds. This is such a fun and addictive arena shooter. It reminds me a little of the game Peripeteia, which is another game I adore, even though they aren’t the same genre of games. Odd Core’s visuals are awesome, especially with the CRT and Pixelated graphics options imo. The soundtrack fits the game perfectly, and progression feels meaningful and fun.
