About Rise Of The Dead:
My husband absolutely loves this game (it’s a survival zombie game that has a third person view option as I can’t play many first-person games). We’re able to build amazing weapons and love to watch waves go through them and see if they’d succeed. With this game only being in early access and made by two developers, I find it quite amazing. I’m not sure what the developers have in mind once they release the full game, but here are some things I’d love to see: More traps, weapon and engineering capabilities, more variety in cities because they do tend to look the same, ability to drive/ride a motorcycle, a story.. or “zombie bosses” to beat so that it’d force players to build crazier bases, the ability to maybe even train or just capture animals, a boat/ship option possibly.
Over the game is great so far that I have played but there are a few things that still need to be added and fixed. The tutorial portion really needs to be fixed it seems to skip a few steps in order to progress, What I mean is that there is a portion that is the most noticeable is when you have to upgrade the foundation. In order to upgrade it you need cement and brick well in order to do that you need to upgrade the crafting bench but that was never mentioned in the next step of the tutorial. I believe this could ward off new players because they do not know what there doing and spending most of the time trying to figure out what to do next. I believe this can be fixed one of two ways either fix the tutorial and try to get as much information in to it and just make it to were day zero there is no wave or just add a little bar or something to increase the time to the waves.
