You can go to a blacksmith with gear you find and modify then extract one stat off the gear so you can place it in another piece of gear. Removing a stat is free but destroys the item. Inserting the stat into another piece of gear via the replace option in the modify screen can be done but costs gold, and you can swap out each slot in gear as much as you have components for which is nice to tailor gear how you want. You can also upgrade gear if you find certain POIs and have the rare component to do so. Point being, gear progression is decent.
The rest of the skills aren’t that great either besides vanish and the last node. Just needs some love is all. Melee should get innate lifesteal or something to compensate having to face tank mobs compared to ranged pets and kiting skills. Ranged is in a good place, melee just needs to get some buffs and all will be well. I’m an altaholic, ~40 hours in and testing all the classes, and I like what I see and would buy again. For all you altaholics out there that don’t want to relevel alts, you can copy your main save, rename it to something else and there’s your alt. Just have to respec stats / skills as needed.
