Oh dear ! Prophet is back ! <3 We are managed now to save the world again. This time it’s a comletely mess. It’s really diffrent game as you look at the past and you see crysis with big dlc warhead then crysis 2 <3 so actually the greatest one in my opinion now it’s the second.But what do we have here ? Diffrent style of play you have now very large maps with high places to climb uhm I mean double jump 😛 U have bow with extra advices arrows which can change the whole combat from the stealth play to some demolitionist outcome with melee takedowns. You have now lots of diffrent weapons but I guarantee you it’s really worth checking out.

Guns sound is almost perfect, I can’t say enough good about it from the cracks n pops of different weapons to the ting of brass falling and hitting the ground. Voice actors are spot on with great performances. AI will flank in 2D and 3D coming up and down levels to get to you. Cut scenes are beautiful and necessary, it’s something we expect from this type of game and very well done. Graphics look a little too amazing because it’s hard (or maybe it’s just me) to actually see mobs (perhaps the lighting is too dark)…even when they’re right in front of you. So many times I can’t find the mob that’s shooting at me and then I find that he’s right in front of me looking like a rock or the side of the building and I’m not seeing him.

Negs are: if you come out of stealth for a split second the AI gobbles you up. I attribute this to poor-ish AI. If there’s a mob 150 yards away from you and you pop up from cover or stealth, he’ll see you instantly and will fire on you right away with perfect aim…literally within 0.5 secs. This is a common flaw in AI code brought to you from lazy devs. It’s missing HUGE chunks of code to tell that NPC to scan the area around itself and then IF it sees a target in range roll a die to see if the NPC spots you….then and only then should the NPC fire on you with reduced accuracy based on a range and other perimeters.

so Having said all that, if you can forgive the poor AI, you will probably enjoy this game a lot, like I did. But I routinely give shooters with poor AI bad ratings because I feel it’s due to lazy DEVS (or whatever encourages DEVs to be lazy) and it’s something that needs more attention in SP games. It’s something that seriously needs looked at and fixed in the future of games. This game would have been an easy 10 if it had good AI, and it probably would have sold millions of more copies and made millions of more dollars due to higher ratings. And that’s what it’s all about right?!@
