Cursorblade is a bullet hell game where you play as the cursor, fighting your way through waves of enemies. Combine weapons and items to become more powerful with your own unique builds. Slash, dodge, upgrade, and repeat! love the idea of the game so far and enjoyed the demo, but every time I get past wave 20 or so the game keeps getting code errors. Also the purple shroom is bugged at level 8 and the variety is lacking a little bit. To be honest, I don’t think I have much to say about this one. It’s a new bullet hell roguelite thingy where your movements are defined by your cursor. A simple premise done decently, I think! The enemies do attack very frequently though, so you can’t just wreck havoc and spin all over the place as often as you’d like.

I love the challenge of all the different characters that can be unlocked. The time it takes to complete a 20 wave run feels like the right amount of time. Sure, it sucks to die on the last wave, but the time spent is short enough that it doesn’t feel like I wasted a significant amount of time and I’m ready to give it another shot! The game, as I said before, does not get easier as you play but rather your skills get better. You start to learn enemy patterns, get a feel for the weapons and items, and learn which areas to avoid.
