Every battle you encounter has a turn limit in case you want to reach 3 stars, AKA, the maximum rank in the combat, if you didn’t win on the turn limit, you will not have the maximum rank, wich means less points you will receive, wich means you will take longer to buy the abilities in the shop, the game allows you to rewind the battle even if you beat it, so is not like if you fail it to do it on time you will never do it again. But, again, this isn’t a strategy game like Devil Survivor (wich is the closest game with the gameplay of Demonschool), the game wants you to find the most precise and perfect solution for the battles.
