Generally these games tend to be on a cheaper side even from experienced devs, but this one I felt had a surprisingly good production to it, lots of cutscenes, nice retro texture and death animations, good detail in the environment, as well as delightfully uncanny character models. Just very funky vibes overall, can be slightly tedious as it makes you do various chores and backtracking, but it’s okay, that is how campy horror games usually go, making you do generic tasks until something happens The arcade had a nice visual design to it, not too dark like many games, nicely contrasted with neon effects, even letting you play a few mini-games toward the end so there is not a lot happening to keep you on the edge like a few similar games, there is a chasing sequence but it’s pretty easy.
