A short but intense story about a terrible incident in an abandoned house. When the guard woke up, he realized he was not alone in the house. But it was already too late… The story also touches upon another character who was just walking on the outskirts of the city. He heard some sound and came closer to the house. But when he found himself inside, it became clear that it was a trap and there was no way to get out… Targeosity is a pretty interesting indie horror game. The story seems gripping, we’re immediately thrown into multiple perspectives and we get to live out parts of the story from both the side of a security guard, and a young boy trying to help the security guard. Unfortunately, at first glance, it looks like the story has been translated using programs and not an actual translator, so many sentences are just worded in a very confusing way. The way these things just culminates down over your head at one time without proper introduction and a very poorly worded guide, it felt quite overwhelming and annoying. Love the idea of what they were trying to do though, but it ends up feeling like one big mess for the player. Genuinely I’m not sure where this one should be placed. I’m gonna keep an eye on it and pray that the developers will change a few things and hopefully get an ordinary translation of the game.
