Tomboy Adventure is an interaction driven dating sim where through your choices you unsuccessfully try to romance your companion. Exploring the island unlocks new dialogue options and interactions, creating new opportunities for getting your feelings across. It made me feel like I want to try it again, see how it is now after 4 years, and see what’s new with it- and to just relive how it felt like to be me a few years back, as I’ve browsed millions of indie games and this was one I found along the way, back when I was still using my mother’s really old, bad crappy work laptop, to me now having a gaming set-up and to my surprise.

this game has a VR version, to which I immediately clicked “Buy” in just a heartbeat just to see a Tomboy in an incredibly deserted island. the tomboy, headpatting you really caught me off-guard and it was really adorable, made me feel warm and cozy because I didn’t expect that to happen so it was just, a cute little touch by the developer. The interactions were really adorable and sweet, it’s all just goofy and silly, but I think it’s what makes the game have a huge charm with it. The game is really nice, but I can’t say it’s justified for the price, I’m happy with my purchase myself, but I can’t most other people even feeling the slightest bit proud of what they’ll get.
