Vertigo 2 is a single-player adventure built from the ground up for VR. Deep underground in the reaches of Quantum Reactor VII, you awake to finish your journey home. You’ll have to face bizarre alien flora and fauna leaking from other universes – and deadly android security forces whose job is to purge the reactor of all life. Try to determine who to trust as sinister agents lurk just out of sight. Vertigo 2 is a whole sculpture, after 7 years of work and creative freedom and polish which came without time constraints. There are some cool connections to first one, so play both. It is worth it. it has an interesting plot and the style of fantasy and boneworks combined is really awesome. I’m often teleporting when I don’t want to because I have a heavy thumb and every VR controller I’ve ever used has a very sensitive stick-click. I can’t think of anything else I’d rather map to the left stick-click that wouldn’t also interrupt gameplay. It’s something I live with, but it has cost me many lives and took me nearly the whole game to get a feel for. It is a very handy place for the input when you do need teleport, though. So, I don’t have an alternative. The last issue is with weapon selection. The menu selection is read by the lateral movement of your dominant hand, but not rotation
