Reds are back! Their revolvers are stronger than ever! They’ve cross chained our land into Chambers! In this world torn apart by War for Booze, you’re just a guy looking for your special coffin. But despite all of my distaste I see in a far away land a version of Chambers that is phenomenal. There is a vision here that the developer could eventually unsheath and for that alone I will keep an eye on the game. That said, I think there needs to be some serious work done and we honestly won’t see this where it should be for, at mininum, another year or two. I don’t even think the game should have entered early access in this state because theres so much in here thats nothing but puzzling. Pixelshire
It’s extraordinarily jank, but also extremely fun and unique. Some of the jank is charming, but some ends up being a little too confusing or annoying, like enemies sometimes firing after being killed, or characters in dialogue often not having names next to their text, making the already insane story more confusing. That being said, this game is truly unique, and when it’s working, it’s extremely fun. Also, to any other people who only have a Steam Deck, it runs well, but you’ll have to make your own control scheme because the current controller settings are very weird.
