The Executive – Movie Industry Tycoon
Kitsune Tails wears it’s Super Mario Bros 3 inspiration on it’s sleeve, but I think comparing it to the Nintendo classic is a disservice. The controls are not as tight and the level designs are not your typical “Mario” flare, even with all the floating wooden platforms and slopes you can slide down. Letting Kitsune Tails breath and accepting it as it’s own thing is when the game really clicked. The levels are tight 1 to 3 minute courses. Most stages have a gimmick that it focuses on, with none of them outstaying their welcome. The difficulty is a little all over the place, but thanks to the unlimited lives it never truly feels frustrating.
