Spindle is a cozy Zelda-like with interesting and varying locations and dungeons, various enemies with unique behaviors, as well as a beautiful audible and visual atmosphere, next to challenging but not unfair puzzles and plenty of secrets to find. It is also very polished and I didn’t encounter any bugs, which sadly isn’t the norm these days. It is on the shorter end playtime-wise, but I enjoyed every minute of it. There are only a handful of abilities to unlock, but each one feeling unique and either adding to the gameplay or unlocking new paths to previous roadblocks.
