Project W.A.N.D is a really unique approach to the bullet heaven roguelite genre, where the main twist is that you manage your spellcasting by managing chains of casting conditions, spells and modifiers. Also, another point that I have been seeing written in a lot of reviews is the lack of replayability/content, and I completely disagree with them. Yes, there are only 3 characters, each one with their own board and different buffs.
